A) have Mrs Carlos Santana provide a solid backbeat for him and
B) if you have to have 2 banjo players in the band make sure one of them is Bela Fleck.

I don't get out all that often and when I do I usually surround myself with like minded people. I do like his ability to apologize. I need to practice that.
