And that so much of how things have functioned before him were merely due to “norms” and precedent.

It’s incredible to think jimmy carter went to such a great effort to distance himself from any appearances of impropriety with regards to his peanut farm. He wasn’t forced to put it in a trust. He did because he didn’t want any conflicts of interes.

Now every day is one new grift after another.
