Article II, Section 1, Clause 7 of our Constitution:

"The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be encreased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the United States, or any of them."

It's pretty clear what our Constitution says. His compensation cannot be increased or diminished during his term of office.

Article I, Section 7, Clause 1 states:

All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with amendments as on other Bills.”

Article 1, Section 9, Clause 7 states:

No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.”

The Constitution is pretty clear. We can follow it or we can wipe our ass with it.

Krasnov didn't put his hand on the bible when he took the oath of office.

Why is he still president?

for a person sworn into office to place their hand on the bible or any other religious text.
I considered using Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There when I was sworn in.

3. For the last year I have been saying - we need to focus more on the Constitution.

So much of the regime is about trampling the Constitution. All roads lead to the Constitution.

I ordered a bunch of pocket Constitutions, and have some relevant signs. I am going to put together a small "rally" with my local group, with a focus on the Constitution. We will hand out Constitutions. I plan on going to some local high traffic areas - on the block near a local post office; a couple of local shopping villages.

Clarity isn’t the issue – it’s enforcement; the lack of enforcement, the unwillingness of Republicans to enforce.

"any other emolument from the United States."
That can be interpreted in several ways.

I have no idea of what "or any of them" means.

I wish this were more specific as I believe that the present Supreme Court will interpret it to favor Trump.

At the time of the writing of the Constitution, some states may have been a little more advanced and civilized than others, for example, NY, PA, MA, and VA.
