I'm out being taxi Grandma
I included some errands to fill the wait times. I had a 1/2 tank of gas. When gas prices are high, I try to ease the pain by filling up at half. Today, it cost me 35 dollars for 8 gal. Last year at this time, I filled at 1/2 full for 20 dollars.
I got a couple of prescriptions at Giant Eagle. I checked the price of their alum loaf pans. 3 for 6.95. I went next door to Dollar General and got 3 for $1. I use them over and over til they are no good. But I like to have a new one in case I make something to take. I was grateful to find that unlike grocery stores, DG isn't gouging us.
I'll be in the rest of the week.
