I don't know who's on it. I'll see what I can find on its flight history. The registration is 10-00256.
Update: it's landing at Hebron KY, which is southwest of Cincinnati.
Flightaware shows an Air Mobility Command flight RCH4552 went from Fort Campbell to Hebron KY a few hours ago.

This plane has to be associated with Pete Hegseth's travel. Its flight history shows that on Friday it went from Charleston SC to Andrews. On Saturday morning, it went from Andrews to Norfolk and back again. Earlier this (Monday) morning, it went from Andrews to Fort Campbell. About noon, it went from Fort Campbell to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. This afternoon, it went from there back to Andrews.
