Weld Co. GOP chair (Colorado) arrested for soliciting a child prostitute - but he's not a drag queen!

The chairman of the Weld County GOP was arrested Thursday on suspicion of soliciting a child prostitute, internet luring of a child and attempted child sex assault, all felony charges.

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office said Hunter Rivera, a 24-year-old who lives in Windsor, was arrested during “an operation targeting child predators.”

“Investigators posed as minors selling sexual acts on local websites and forums,” the sheriff’s office said in a news release. “Several dozen people responded to the listings, and two men arrived at an agreed-upon location to buy sex. They were met by deputies who arrested and booked the men into the Larimer County jail.”

the fact that the term itself is nonsensical. One more way powerful men thought up to use the bodies of other humans for gratification and then try to pass it off as commerce or something the victim actually wanted.
