Indicting Castro was just a reason for it. I'm sure there are plans for a new Trump resort and time is of the essence given the approaching hurricane season.

boat occupants on the high seas, one was holding on to part of his craft in the water, when a second missal was shot to kill him. Sure seems the same to me. trump order the strikes on these boats.
