And encouraging.

I’ve said since TSF’s first term that if I were traveling abroad, I get a T-shirt made that said, “Imdid not note for him.”

I always stand for the Canadian anthem.
I wrote this Sat evening.
My husband, along with my son, went on the Honor Flight this weekend.
Trump can never go on an Honor Flight, because he refused to serve his country like the men on Sat.

I could not help but think, my patriotism has undergone a shift during the Trump administration.
I kept thinking of my childhood, up until the Vietnam war, my love for this country was pure and simple. I marched as a Girl Scout, in 4th of July and Memorial Day parades with a flag
Hopefully, I will long enough to again be proud of what this country stands for.
They had a wonderful time.
Marred by the fact that there was a large group of "christians" blaring christian music at the Lincoln Memorial. No official stopped them.

Very good, heartwarming read.

Makes me feel some respect for Yankee fans. (But not for how some behave during their games!)

I could barely read through the tears that streamed after the first "Sorry". Thank you to our northern friends who can still see what is in our hearts...
