What is the penalty for fraud?

I am not a legal expert but it appears the 35 judges that advised the Judge in the $10 billion dollar lawsuit that Trump brought before her court, then decided to drop the case, were right in their statement.

Because he had worked out a settlement with his AG, Todd Blanche. They conspired to defraud the government out of $1,776,000,000 dollars, to pay off the criminals that attacked our Capitol.

The 35 judges said it appeared to be "fraud upon the court".

All evidence points to a guilty verdict.

This cannot be dropped.

It must proceed.
