"Mother Nature always bats last"

Heard this one a long time ago. Just had strong winds, stronger rain, and thunder blow through Richmond, VA. Big tree limbs came down in the backyard and took out my comm cables.

Mother Nature will ALWAYS bat last.

Mother Nature will ALWAYS be bigger than any OR all of us. Including YOU, donald.

We had a spell of bad weather that seemed almost monsoon-like for a very brief time. Then the clouds parted and now we're enjoying a a late spring evening.

Any time mother nature is mentioned, it's hard for me not to visualize this lady:

Chalk it up to too much tv as a kid in the '70s

It reminds me of Puerto Rico. It used to be so strange when half of the yard would be getting rain and the other half was dry. The clouds are very specialized during sun showers. 🌞

And since trump and crew have denied her in every way I can imagine she's pissed. She's saying " happy birthday piggy."

I'd hate to see that whole hooked arena be blown into the reflecting pool.

The weather, the tides, and of course, Democratic party members.

Soon he will do a King Cnut the Great re-enactment, carried to the water's edge and command the tide to not come in.

Not so much on a carried throne, but a golf buggy.
