The American Beef Scandal Is INSANE...
In this video, I break down why U.S meat is banned in over 160 countries.
_______________
I love this guy, he is so serious and so funny, can't tell if the accent is Oz, NZ, or even Scottish. He "conshumes" meat.
That being said he never really addresses the quality issues presented in the initial part of the video, and leaves us thinking impurities are minimal. Kind of conflicts with what we've been reading for years.

(55,594 posts)1. I am not certain about the sources in this video
Dr Oz was in the video
And then, they referenced Joel Salatin
Influenced by their Biblical understanding of earth stewardship and J. I. Rodale, Salatin's parents, William and Lucille, relocated and purchased a farm in the Shenandoah Valley in 1961 and began restoring its land.[4][5] In high school, Salatin began his own business selling rabbits, eggs, butter and chicken from the farm at the Staunton Curb Market.[4] He then attended Bob Jones University where he majored in English and was a student leader, graduating in 1979.[6][7]
Salatin married his childhood sweetheart Teresa in 1980 and became a feature writer at the Staunton, Virginia, newspaper, The News Leader, where he had worked earlier typing obituaries and police reports.[8][4]

(56,252 posts)3. So you think he might be a shill for industry
You just can't tell sometimes. A good shill drifts in both directions and he does that a bit. Or maybe trolling for clicks by being on both sides of everything.
