State and Federal Judges are the ones that are going to save us. They are the only ones who can at this point.

From Immigration rulings against this administration. To rulings against executive orders on voting. To the 135 Federal Judges that got the slush fund and IRS case reopened in Florida. To the 110 Judges that filed a bar complaint against Blanch. To all of the anti-voting lawsuits that are still pending in courts across the country. To the DC appeals court ordering a En Banc hearing on Judge Boasberg's contempt proceedings against Blanch, Noem, and Bove. To Democracy Docket's and Mark Elias' defending our voting rights against the DOJ's attempt to seize voter roles from the States, as well as his defense of mail in voting across the country and at the Supreme Court.

Leading the charge is retired Judge Michael Luttig, He is fearless and is fighting for our democracy and the rule of law.

on how over 300 former Federal and State Judges have come together to try to save our Republic, our Constitution, and the rule of law. They are filing motions and amicus briefs in Federal Courts across the country in order to give Justices strength and backup to stand up to this lawless administration. It is unprecedented. It has never happened or been necessary in 250 years. We do have people, that have the power, to help save our country.

Why this post isn't getting the attention it deserves baffles me.

4. The only people who can save us, are us.

Congress won’t do its job. The Supreme Court won’t do its job. This Judge Luttig points out what they all should be doing and acknowledges that they’re not. We’re truly on our own because there’s nothing to stop what this regime is doing. Lower courts stopping things doesn’t mean anything if the Supremes will overturn it or the regime ignores it. There’s no one to stop them except the People.

And I really don’t think Americans are up to the task. A third are full bore behind a dictatorship, they actively want it. Another third doesn’t give a shit at all, they don’t know and they don’t want to know. And most of the other third understands but are too afraid to do what has to be done.

We know there’s only one way to get rid of fascists, history has proved it. But it’s ugly, it’s bloody and it’s hard, really hard. I just don’t see millions of people willing to fight and die for their freedom.

But that’s what it’s going to take. This isn’t something that’s going to solve itself with an election or two.

Most people aren’t willing to face this fact.
