(52,334 posts)We all know that the Internet provides refuge to many cooks and pathetic. I take solace that they'd better do this that beat on their wives and kids or kick the dog.
But if Amazon is hoping to sell books based on "reviews" it should police it better. There is a way to post a negative comment without personally attacking the author - just like on DU...

(9,612 posts)I'm not complaining. Apparently that one comment initiated enough traffic to triple my sales this past week.
I love when someone does something stupid that has the opposite effect.

(9,131 posts)People who've been through traumas often have post traumatic stress which stays with them. The idea of a 'funny' novel associated with Columbine would naturally trigger repulsion or anger.

(45,274 posts)If I get around to reading the book, I'll write you a review. It sounds interesting, but my reading list already extends beyond my expected lifetime.

(7,875 posts)Of course this idiot probably doesn't work for them. They have plenty of sheep who will do it for free, and the unhinged tone of this "review" is probably not something AFP wants to spend their money on.
