the individual quoted makes only 145K PER year.......hardly a millionaire, unless one adds up a total of years which he may not live to see. Note the use of the word "lifetime" as if it's going to be 80 years.

therefore anybody who starts that job at 60K/year and works 20 years will also become a "millionaire at taxpayer expense"

is the retirement too high? perhaps, but at least don't be disingenuous about it
