Some wealthy families are good

Personally, I don't really care that Romney is an ultra-rich guy. Its his politics that I don't like.

I don't think it necessarily means someone is bad or corrupt in a moral sense if they are wealthy or make millions of dollars.

The Kennedy family had a lot of money, yet they had outstanding people who worked hard for the poorest in our society. Ted Kennedy was amazing in his devotion to these causes.

John Kerry is very rich because of his wife and has fancy homes all over the place, but I think he would have made one of the best and most liberal presidents this country has ever seen if he had got elected.

Warren Buffet has said many times over he believes people like him need to be taxed a lot more to help the society.

Geroge Soros is a billionaire and is a very generous donater to Democratic causes. I guess when I see bashing going on based on pure wealth status it just seems off base in my opinion because it reminds me there are good people who are rich as well as bad ones.

hating a group for any other reason. Hating blacks, hating seniors, hating hispanics, hating "food stampers" (poor people), whatever.

Hating a group because of the actions of some of the group is the definition of prejudice.

I work for wealthy lawyers. They worked very hard to get where they are. I don't begrudge them that, and I certainly don't envy them. I could've gone to post-secondary school and logged up tons of debt for 7 years. But I didn't. So I don't earn the same kind of money.

I'm not jealous of people with money. If people can succeed and make money from working hard, or even inheriting it, more power to 'em. I especially admire people who made their wealth themselves.

"the same as" hating blacks or hispanics or seniors. Just stating the obvious. Though I can certainly see where
attempts to brand class consciousness as "the same as" racism are coming from.

...is a lot more to dislike about Romney than his politics.

Nothing wrong with having money though, as such, we'd all like to have money.

as much as it is his tax rate.

What a working family pays percentage wise in taxes is higher than his. It just seems wrong.

convince everyone that he's just like them, doing his own laundry, clipping coupons, etc. Oh, and the fact that he's a sleazy used car salesman and lying comes really easy to him. There's other things I don't like about him too.
