once every last gun is out of the street(but they can keep in a private home)
the other stuff is easy

most sophisticated cities now have concrete barriers after McVeightheCoward and WTC1
hijackings next to zero
and 90% of public don't smoke anymore

any federal/state/local security is worth it to save even one life
I am sure everyone will agree even the gunnies who no longer care about sport/collecting/hunting but about their security

I would have to guess that in most places carrying dynamite is illegal... indiscriminate and all that, you know.

Why would that be the case..... That carrying dynamite around your waist at Penneys might have been made illegal?
