It's so unusual I get good customer service from just about any phone rep these days I'd like to give some positive feedback - especially if it might reflect on her review. But I can't find a way to do it. There doesn't seem to be any way I can send an e-mail to them with the rep's name, time, date so they can identify her. I logged into my account online and there is no way I can find there.
Does anyone know how I can do this other than just calling back and asking for a supervisor?

(21,977 posts)Do you really think they do? Do you see Randall on "Undercover Boss" climbing a telephone pole or answering calls in a call center?
I didn't think so.

(26,591 posts)don't ever call the 800 number for anything other than routine information calls.
ALWAYS call the CEO office of any company you do business with (large corp, utilities, cell phones, etc.)
you'll never talk to the CEO, but they have swarms of admins who have their own clerks who have godlike customer service powers where billing accounts are concerned.
i got close to 300 in bad debt removed from a utility account because i pitched my situation the right way.
had a cell phone company credit me $60 on money I had paid because front line people treated me wrong.
etc.

(21,977 posts)If your service is DSL, send an email to dsl.operations@att.com and reference the agent's name and employee ID if you have it.
The agent will appreciate it!

(26 posts)You might Get a Survey from an Outside firm afterwards. I worked for a Consulting firm That received lists of select customers' calls to follow up on .
However, I estimate That we only received 10% of the call Center's Call volume. So it May be good to send an email to General Customer service or Write a letter to the Executive Offices if Service was truly exemplary.

(16,755 posts)I'm glad to hear you had a decent experience.
I would use anyone else if I could but there is no other option for the location of this business.
One thing I have found is they don't really want you to be able to contact them so good luck finding that info!
