It looks like she was killed. That's all you can say at this point. It's more than likely a man is a killer and an even chance that there was some manner of sexual component to the case. He may have known her closely, casually, or only from a distance. He may not have even seen her until the day he killed her. In other words, we've got fuck all to go on here.
