I went over to Fox this morning while Ed Rendell was blabbing on MSNBC. Their guest

was donald trump who opined that the world is in a mess since President Obama has been "in charge." The interview on 60 Minutes was a definite love fest with no follow-up questions. Soft ball questions to the President and Mrs. Clinton, the President is paying the Clintons back since prior to Bill Clinton's speech at the convention Obama was "in bad shape." Steve Croft is the whipping boy here and is not doing his job, 60 Minutes used to be a reputable program but the way they treat the President is so biased. I now will head to the shower.

in Fox's closed circle environment, they reveal sickening GOP plans...

Last week, I watched Fox for first time in many years....& thought I heard about a plan..

To reduce taxes in Red States...and then move businesses into red States...

and leave blue States, with higher taxes, losing industries...or with significantly less industries..

Which was a source of delight to the Fox crew..

Maybe I was dreaming this... It just seemed too ugly.. Any ideas?

(ps, I'm in Ontario, so I'm clueless whether this is even possible)

but each State has their own State Tax laws aside from the Federal Tax Laws. States with lower taxes probably get some businesses for that reason.

Example: Alaska has no State taxes, but because they have Big Oil drilling there they have a deal where everyone gets paid a stipend by the State once a year. In other words the State pays all Alaskans instead of the other way around.

And within some States there are areas where the taxes are higher or lower compared to other parts of the State. Sometimes taxes fluctuate, such as Gov. Brown in California wanting to raise taxes temporarily in order to pay off debt and boost the economy.

There are others here who know much more than I do about this subject.

That I didn't even know the channel number, however

I feel relieved at least to have mentioned this 'plan' if I heard correctly...

I'm going to south Florida in a week, where many are Fox devotees... there are a few Democrats..

But the women I know are Republican..they are lovely people except for their political POV...

But I'm exempted from hassle because of being Canadian..and probably accepted because of skin colour.

2. Your first mistake was watching FOX "News" for any reason....

....Additionally, what did you expect from the 60 Minutes interview of the President and the outgoing SoS? What kind of questions do you think Croft should have been asking? Were you expecting a demand to see the President's birth certificate, perhaps? Just how is Croft a "whipping boy", and why would you use that expression in the first place?

So, you think the President was in "bad shape" before the Democratic Party convention? Was that coming from FOX "News", the Romney Campaign, or the GOP who chose to have a convention in Tampa during hurricane season, or all of the above?

Try again.

I noticed that Joey never brought up Social Security to Krugman. My guess is that he knew Krugman would bust him on the BS that he's been pushing on SS.

I was surprised at how nasty Richard Haas got at the end.
