we need truth in advertising about guns

do an image search for women with guns or men with guns...
for the most part you see beautiful people...with guns.
Its like the old days when you saw beautiful people with cigarettes.
If the images out there were like the reality....wrinkled, pot-bellied graybeards with guns, I think we'd start generational change about guns. I'm sure that the toothless, wrinkled, cancer survivors helped dissuade the young about cigarettes....

For one thing I think they can find attractive people that use guns - they aren't required to only use old coots. On the other hand a counter ad might be more successful -showing successful attractive people without guns. So long as they aren't wearing pumped up kicks it should be fine.

WE NEED TRUTH IN ADVERTISING ABOUT EVERYTHING! and we even have laws that somewhat address that idea. Unfortunately it is amazing how thinly these corps can split hairs. And they only have to tell the truth they choose, they don't have to tell all the truth. And then there's lines like "none is better," that fails to also note that none is worse, and so on, the word salad takes some talent, but they do it.
