From Bad to Worse

I'm facing eviction and they are going to shut off my electricity. Then I found out yesterday that my hero my father has a large mass in his lung with a high serum calcium level. He's always been the rock in our family and I am nowhere near ready to say goodbye.

They are going to refer him to a specialist but the calcium level has to come down asap

I find when I'm being "squeezed" by life like this, one of the most helpful things is to stay in contact with other people -- even though all I want to do is isolate...
