Doesn't Doner have hostages tied up?! Granted wasn't able to keep up with this story all day.

I'm getting little clips BUT IF he has hostages and there has been gunfire and Fire...

... he took off on foot and went into the cabin that is on fire now.

At least that is how I understand it at this point.

Reports are they are safe. He drove off in their truck, then ditched it (apparently literally) and ran into a nearby cabin. Then got in a shootout with SBSD deputies, killed one injured another.

Busy news day.
