128. The natural gas boom has led to us exporting record amounts of coal, for others to burn.

It hasn't reduced carbon emissions, it's just moved them around, exported the problem.

Obama is basically a spokesperson for the oil and gas industry.

In the meantime, the natural gas boom has led to cleaner power and greater energy independence. That's why my Administration will keep cutting red tape and speeding up new oil and gas permits.
