Help others. Jeff Deskovic was wrongfully incarcerated for a crime he didn't commit. Years later, he is released and is given a settlement as reparation for the injury. Many of us, myself included, might well spend the rest of our lives angrily sitting it out, enmeshed in self pity. But Jeff wasn't like that.
