Where do I go to see past winners? I vote but never seen who wins.

But that is a good idea. Maybe an ambitious person will try to do it. DUer Celebration has pinned a thread listing the winners here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/10364949

You could use the search function, I guess.

It usually gets posted to GD with a link back to the photography group because they sink so fast.

31. We usually post the winners

in GD with a link to that post in the group now. You could try searching in both places. I would start in the photo group and use some form of Win as the terms. They are usually posted soon after the contest finishes.
