I got my path report back, and the margins are completely clear. I will continue to be an abrasive jerk for at least a while longer, because cancer has taken its sniveling butt elsewhere ... AGAIN!
Once more, thanks to my DU brothers and sisters who cheered me up through a fairly shitty week. I was, and remain, touched by your caring.
on edit: typo (I can't type worth a shit under normal circumstances, and I'm pretty jacked up right now!)

As a public service, could you review for us things we should look for to help nip skin cancers in the bud?
Or perhaps links to helpful sites?
Let's keep beating stuff like this!!

(24,310 posts)in the sun as a kid. Doing a tour in the RVN was probably the icing on the cake, so I just get checked every year. It was a regular skin check, and my dermatologist said, "I don't like this, I'm going to biopsy it." (I plan on sending her flowers next Valentine's Day.)
