OCCUPY Tacoma Likely Eviction Soon....

This afternoon the Washington State Department of Transportation sent 2 delegates to OCCUPATION PARK to deliver an implied message that eviction is likely very soon.

Occupy Tacoma has been at the park at 21st and Pacific Ave since Oct 15th without any conflict from the Tacoma PD. It spent 7 days in the snow just two weeks ago. OT is one of the last physical camps left in the movement in fact it may be the longest sustained camp in the USA.

The DOT has asked to talk with the group at a GA in the coming week. I think that is where notice will be delivered.
