But my wife is a stubborn Irish Catholic and steeped in tradition and tolerates my irreverence as a life long partner does.
She and I worked on a food offering today that we will offer up Sunday to a bunch of people who traditionally visit our home on Easter.
It is a big deal. And I don't think any one guest of ours knows I am an atheist! Even my wife has forgotten because I don't make a big deal of other peoples beliefs that clash with mine when it comes to such things.
But we worked together to make a strata dish to satisfy the appetite of ... I suppose twenty people? My wife substituted the vegie parts for smoked ham little cubits. You will have to look up what a strata dish is. I never heard of it but we are going to dig into it tomorrow.
And yes ... Happy Easter
