They don't call it PM (private/personal Mail) any more, they call it DU Mail.

People who send people nasty notes via "DU" mail have no expectation of privacy. In fact, people who write anything via DUMail shouldn't assume that they have any right to privacy either--there's no "rule" against publishing what someone else has written to you in a (not a PM) DUMail. Anyone who writes/sends anything via that mechanism runs a risk of seeing their words published on the board. It's not a place to let one's freak flag fly, because there's no "rule" that guarantees that people can't repeat what was said.

The admins can even look in your mailbox if they have a mind to so do.

The poster could be a frequenter of women that need to sell sex to live either for economic reasons or because they are addicted to drugs. In that vein, by having sex with those women, the person was not having sex with a person that gave true consent.

The second possibility is that the person took advantage of emotionally needy women when he found them. Those women would have given consent, but how valid is consent given under the duress of emotional need?

The person could have bedded many women while in college, using his looks to lure them. I had an attractive and suave roommate in college who did just that. They women gave consent, but they were dumped when the asshole became bored with them.
