Two charged in police scuffle at Miami crime scene

Two men have been charged in connection with a police scuffle that was captured on a controversial video, which some say shows a high-profile Miami police detective losing control and battering a suspect.

Anthony Ezel Carl Walker, 28, has been charged with resisting arrest with violence and battery on a police officer. Walker was charged with the same offense during a scuffle with Miami police in 2001, according to his rap sheet.

Carl Walker, 33, was charged with resisting arrest without violence and disorderly conduct.

The two men were collared by police after they apparently rushed a murder scene, crossing the yellow tape meant to keep onlookers from contaminating a crime investigation.

That one big fat white fuck cop punched that guy repeatedly for no good reason.

Yeah, I just watched it again. That last punch in particular should be charged as battery.

And I didn't really see these guys resisting arrest.
