The criterion for deciding who to send this to became:

Who did he offend, and there was plenty to go around::

He was an atheist and attacker of Mother Teresa and I think JP2 and author of “God Is Not Great”; formerly a TROTSKYite who later supported the wars on the Falklands and Iraq; attacker on Bill CLINTON and snitch who almost got Sid BLUMENTHAL charged with perjury over LEWINSKY; smoker and boozer (died at 62 yesterday of esophageal cancer) and refused to deathbed-convert/repent. You can decide which facet of offensiveness applies to (addressing my friends: ) you.

Not always right but they do challenge common beliefs written in stone. Dead at 62 but I think he would agree that he lived life.
Everybody dies.....not everyone lives.
