Newest reports from Dr. George Smith of West EMS say the explosion that occurred at a West, Texas fertilizer plant has left 60 to 70 people dead and hundreds more injured. The numbers are expected to rise throughout the night.

He mentioned that they are asking for federal help. I assume he means they will request federal dollars to help rebuild the town.
