Is Legal for lawmakers? Nothing Crooked There Ya Think? I'm wondering why i don't see people here or any where hollering out about this obvious corruption of our so called Representatives,SHE'ESE !

1. No. Insider trading is not legal for lawmakers.

I'm going to guess that your post is based on something you read that suggested that Congress had repealed the STOCK Act and that you didn't check out the accuracy of the claim or didn't understand the story. Congress did not repeal the STOCK Act's prohibition on insider trading by members of Congress or anyone else. It did rollback the requirement that information about financial transactions by members of Congress and top Executive branch officials (Pres,VP, presidential appointees) have to be searchable on line (not just posted online). It also rolled back the public disclosure requirements (but not the prohibitions on insider trading) applicable to thousands of career civil servants.
