30 and out was a hard fought union benefit for 30yr of service and an age of at least 55 and you could retire with 1/2 pension until full pension age.

40 and out is the new corporate mantra to use any and every excuse to can those over 40yr of age. Your just are not worth the effort.

Those who can't tell a smart phone from a trac phone, or you can't be bothered with tech talk or IT security start to look over your shoulder your next job might be a greeter at a dollar store.

The whole lack of talk about jobs is because there are no jobs for the 75% of the population. World wide not just here. If you don't like tech, tough learn it. It is now required for everything.

Every time I've been in one, there's been an overworked cashier and some poor schmuck running around putting merchandise back in place.
