When will we accept victory? Never when it comes to Plan B.
We have the White House. Our President is in control of the Executive Branch, including the Justice Department. The person who heads up the Justice Department was hand picked by our President to run it. So when we get a victory, as we did with the order on Plan B, we should be happy, and just leave it be right?
Not so fast there my friend. The Justice Department, our Justice Department, is appealing the decision on Plan B. Asking an appeals court to overturn the decision of the Judge that made it available to all.

Yes, that's right. Less than a year and a half ago, Obama's Health and Human Services secretary, Kathleen Sebelius, blocked a recommendation by the Food and Drug Administration that emergency contraceptives be available over the counter to all ages instead of available over the counter to those 17 and older and available by prescription to those 16 and younger. Now, Obama's Justice Department is arguing that a judge shouldn't be able to interfere with the FDA's regulatory process as previously interfered with for craven political reasons by Obama's HHS secretary.
OK, we win, and damn it
we're not going to accept a victory when we can turn it into a defeat.
A while back, I mentioned abortion as one of those issues we used to scare voters to the booths. I said that the Rethugs use it, and we use it, to scare people into donating, and voting the way we hope they would. We didn't want the issue settled, and we didn't want the problem solved, because there were votes, and donations, riding on the problem. We are not going to solve the problem, so long as we can milk some money, and votes out of it.
Many of you here, thought I was outrageous for suggesting such a thing. OK, fine. How do you explain our President doing this. The House Rethugs had nothing to do with this. The Tea Party is powerless in this instance. It is all Democrats, as far as the eye can see, and we made the decision to take a victory, and make sure we fought until we had a nice defeat to point to.
Look in your email boxes over the next couple days, you'll be seeing lots of reasons to donate to the Party and it's PAC's, because we have to fight to keep the Rethugs from eliminating a womans right to choose.
