If the government is restoring funds from the sequester - might as well cancel the sequester.

And go back to the drawing board.

Department of Defense still needs a major audit and their budget reduced to $5.00 - and the rest of the funds can be held by a bake sale if there's a need to spend $10 billion on a useless F-35.

This way we can selectively repeal only the stuff that affects the 1%, and continue austerity for the 99%.
