One Medicare Advantage plan now charges a co-pay of $150 per day for the first seven days of hospitalization.

to credibly adopt Warren's viewpoint. And by "credibly" I mean speak (and, where possible, act) about it often and consistently. Lip service to this issue is unlikely to get the job done.

But it seems amazing that we even have to think about this stuff.

The 1% want every last bit of meat from our bones.

What happens when they succeed as they almost certainly will? At the end of a game of Monopoly everyone goes home. When they win it in real life everyone will still be here needing the things only they have. A French Revolution scenario seems likely. What else can people do?

We move slowly. We talk forever before doing anything. But our collective wrath will be fearsome to behold.

Expect us.

Eric Cantor sponsored the "comp time" bill. HR 1406 would end overtime as we know it.

GOTV 2014! Get every republican up for reelection out. Meett them at town hall meetings and debate them on camera if you can.

Hell, they even turned that one into another slogan. "Forward™".

It seems like the entire discussion in DC is how far and how fast they can push us backwards. And by "us", I mean all the working plebes who actually do something besides golf and move piles of money around.

...and she is only doing the job that EVERY single Democrat should be doing every day.

I would love to see a day when a Senator who says something like this draws absolutely NO attention.
"Ho Hum. Well she IS a Democrat.
Would you expect anything less?"
"

I hope the rest of the "Party of the Working Class" picks up the clue.

Because if we do not elect a President Warren in 2016, no one will bother to prevent them from dismantling Social Security inch by inch.

We absolutely need a veto hammer, and someone who knows how to use it, and is willing to use it.
