FBI says it prevented terrorist attack in rural Minnesota on Monday.

Buford Rogers 24, a convicted felon was charged with possession of a firearm.Authorities searched his mobile home and found Molotov cocktails, pipe bombs, and a Romanian model AK-M assault rifle.the FBI believe there was a terror attack in there planning stage.

It means the accused usually have managed to not kill anybody yet or inflict mass-panic.
