Louisiana Supreme Court Rules Jindal’s School Voucher Program Unconstitutional

Louisiana's Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld a lower court decision ruling Gov. Bobby Jindal's (R) private school tuition voucher program unconstitutional, the Associated Press reports.

In a 6-1 vote, the court ruled that Louisiana's constitution forbids using money earmarked for public schools to pay for private school tuition.
