The top video is about the case described in the article. The lower video (posted by CNN with no labels) is from a DIFFERENT (IMHO, much more horrible open-and-shut-racist hate crime) murder where the perp got two life sentences.

One of the worst pieces of online journalism from a major news outlet EVER....

I post this because people on that thread (including me ) are talking past each other.
