From all appearances it looks like the repukes are try to use the Libya embassy attack to derail

Hillary's chances. There are even some republican strategists suggesting that Libya is worse than 9/11. I say let them continue with this nonsense, but in the meantime, and it was something that Democrats should have done long ago, remind the public exactly what happened with 9/11.

A report issued by the Clinton administration from Gary Hart and Warren Rudman warned about an imminent devastating terrorist attack in a report that was delivered to bush on January 31, 2001. In addition they personally briefed rice, rumsfeld, and powell, but according to Hart the bush administration ignored the report entirely.

In addition there were other warnings that the bush administration ignored, including the daily briefing memo.

The Democrats were so placid on the whole thing it was pathetic. Now outrageous comments are being brought up by the repukes regarding Libya comparing it to 9/11 presents a clear opportunity for Democrats to point out what really did happen.

This is not to say mistakes did not happen in Libya, but to politicize this means it is way past due for Democrats to take the gloves off

Republicans voted against security funding for Benghazi. We might not be talking about this if only the funding to secure Benghazi was there in the first place.

Their enthusiasm for this has to be related to getting Hillary. Obama's a done deal, but their looking at 2016 and everything they're doing is aimed at establishing a story they can use against her in 2016.
