To me it looks like the four people were killed by Libyan nationals and there was some confusing about how to report the news for a couple days and then the right news came out.
With all the attention given to this incident you would think Senator Clinton dropped into the compound and killed the four people, drank their blood and sent bloody valentines to Coo Coo Coocoo bird, the senator from Ky.
So it took a few days to get to the bottom of the incident. What is the big deal?

(36,974 posts)I think that's what most folks think.
And probably 'the majority of folks' aren't even paying attention to all the GOP Benghazi BS.

(149,560 posts)They don't care how unreasonable they're being. This is red meat to them, and to their stupid supporters.
I think they're trying to undermine Hillary in case she decides to run for President.

That's it in a nutshell. They're still mad they lost AGAIN to the black guy. Can't be because Romney and the GOP suck., oh no. Or because Romney got caught on tape with that stupid 47℅ remark and just being an asshole in general.

No.
Well, apparently neither did Fox News or the Republicans in Congress.
It's at WhiteHouse.gov.
You can google it easily. I have posted the link so many times . . . . . . I don't want to go through that again. So easy to find.
Please listen to it and show it to anyone who goes on about Benghazi. Was there confusion? Yes. But the President and Sec. Clinton were very honest about the whole deal.
I am not a perpetual apologist for the President. But this business about Benghazi is ridiculous. It is ignorant. A tiny bit of research, painless really, resolves all the questions.

They've actually got nothing here and are just making themselves look more foolish/stupid by pursuing this tempest in a teapot.

(27,461 posts)plus a somewhat embarrassing lie by Susan Rice. The story ran its course long ago, the Obama administration paid a small price, now they're keeping it alive to use against Hillary. There will be ads run against her using her "what difference does it make" quote from when she testified. It might hurt her a little. I'm hoping it won't matter because we nominate somoeone else.
