so what is the time line to make for a coverup...

I mean, if something is refuted by the people who are suppose to be covering up something before the people chasing the overup even realise there was a coverup...

How did they know BEFORE the killing happened?

Who actually did the killing? Only someone in on it would know it was going to happen before it happened.

Not, who got blamed, but who actually did it?

Did the killers tell the repubs in advance it would happen?
