It gave me chills and brought a little tear. I was a foster child (taken from my father - who then died before I was out of HS). My foster parents were wonderful people, but they couldn't be expected to help me through college or really anything after I turned 18. There were no programs for kids like me. Even HS counselors did nothing to help.

I'm very happy to see these kids getting a fair chance. They will be better people for it.
