Think of a work world free of regulation where your wage and benefits are determined by the market place. This idea is what the GOP wants and plans for 80% of the work force. The new "job lottery" will be if you are lucky enough to be in the top 20% of the work force that can actually afford to pay its bills and eat.

That country is your future. We will be a country without unions and collective bargaining if we stay on the same track. If the GOP ever wins the Senate and has the White House at the same time you can say good by to everything that protects the worker. It will be a libertarian paradise.

The main reason why so many Dems go right is the threat of millions of dollars going against them if they do not play along to some extent. In Colorado our Dems candidate lost because he was outspent 2 -1. Our present candidate in that district estimates it will take over $3 million to capture that seat from the GOP. And the GOP candidate will most likely get over $5 million from corporations and billionaires.

It is only one of five seats considered toss ups in 2014.
