Is there a statute of limitations on prosecution

of a former president, vice president, secretary of state, etc.? If there is not, I am thinking that GW, Cheney, Rice and Rumsfeld...and many, many more must be terrified that one day Hillary Clinton will be president...and even more so now when they hoped to take her down...and her polling numbers went up as a result. Seeing Cheney and Rumsfeld on the news of late all enraged by the so called "scandals" and how horrible is Obama and Hillary, I keep having this smiley thought about when Hillary becomes our next president.

But a war crime isn't like other crime. War crimes are typically prosecuted by the VICTORS, and there is no victor of the GWOT.

So, what is needed is a nation of some significance, a nation in a better political position than the United States to lodge a war crimes complaint in The Hague.

Such a country is fucking hard to come by.

to see an american president brought to justice by the american system.

We already let the worst bastard of them all off just so long as he resigned.

Then they must be scared and will do every dumb as usual thing they can to discredit Hillary. I believe Hillary, as President would push for their prosecution..as she should.

7. Nobody, neither Hillary, nor Joe, nor Elizabeth Warren, will ever prosecute past presidents or staff

It's a nice dream, but it's never going to happen.

It just isn't done, our two parties are more of the same entrenched power system than they are of separate values, unfortunately.

And, even if a president really really wanted to, they are told upon oath of office those things that they can and cannot do.

That is my solemn belief.

Administrations don't go after former administrations..

Why ??

because they don't want the same done to them.
