which got hit BAD in 2011.
THAT tornado outbreak set a record, a total of 35 tornadoes across 21 states in the SE.

Maybe I just missed the part where the focused on the worst hit local area.

We were there last year on memorial day, and will be there this year on the fourth of July.

(60,010 posts)4. It got hit bad, and some of those houses were Habitat for Humanity homes.
I have not been there...it was in the area where a friend lives, so I was watching the storms that night and yesterday am for reports.
