For minor infractions to boot. I think the envionment they come from is so ripe with hate filled expletives they don't comprehend that some of us don't live in Quentin Tarantino world.

Seriously. This dude thinks .018 and .18 are the same damn thing and this dumb asshole has a gun. I feel so much safer now.
