I hope the "scandal" gives the Tea Party a new lease on life.

The Republican establishment must be thrilled to see the Tea Party getting so much attention again. Just when they thought they had their funny aunts and uncles back in the attic the IRS scandal breaks and lets them out again.

2. Sometimes I wish the Tea Party would just go away...

But then I realize that if they left us we would not have nearly the laughs we do now. Once people figure out how baseless this "scandal" is most people will figure out that the outrage is totally manufactured, but the Teabaggers will never figure it out. They will continue to make fools of themselves and the louder they scream the louder everyone else will laugh.

3. Maybe liberals should start up "tea party" and "patriot" groups

now that they are de facto tax exempt.
