The House has squandered 53 million dollars to repeal the ACA

http://video.msnbc.msn.com/martin-bashir/51921021#51921021 (around the 2:40 mark)

From the link above, Rep. Louise Slaughter (NY) tells Martin Bashir that the House has spent, just on floor/ debate time 53 million dollars. This doesn't include yesterday's 38th vote, either.

Fiscally conservative my ass.

This is the scandal! And I call it criminal. I've often wondered how much is lost by the games they play. Well, here we are - and on what should be a non-issue.

The Republicans are the enemy of the State.

going to cut costs in the long run, rein in the massive profits of insurance companies(Why are premiums allowed to rise so much?), and negotiate drugs prices like the V.A. and most other industrialized wealthy nations. The people of America spoke and they wanted Single payer universal coverage! If our democracy was functional that is what the bill would have given us.
